Paragon Student Lets - Tenancy takeover

I am in the process of leaving University and will no longer be able to live in the student halls. I am looking for a University student who is able to take over the tenancy for the remainder of the license period

I have already paid the first (and the most expensive) installment of the licensing year, therefore whoever takes over the accomodation only needs to take over just under 2 thirds of the licensing fees, of which the next is paid in January

This accomodation is the perfect fit for one person and has many opportunities to make it as homely as you like. The flat is connected to a shared communal kitchen already with the necessary furnishings. This room is on the 10th floor of the student halls and so has great views from all sides

All that is yours, including the designated kitchen cupboards is lockable and so has great security, minimizing theft or loss.
