Super room in detached house!

The room (1 of 3 bedrooms in the detached house) has in-built dedicated storage space, comes furnished with a new bed, bedside table, Emma mattress and 2 full length mirrors. Nice room with the option of additional furniture as required. Eg sufficient space for a table and chair if required.

The house is situated on a private road and has a large communal kitchen with a dining table (used as a living room), a communal bathroom and a large communal garden, overall finished to a nice standard.

The house is shared with 1 male student (21) who also works full time, and 1 male (36) who works abroad frequently.

Bills are not included, but these amount to £100 per month for non-students and £40 for students (£40 for: water, electricity, gas, broadband; and £60 council tax (if you are a student this can be discounted). The bills are a fixed cost and will not go up or down.

Parking available and close to tube station (stonebridge park - bakerloo line & overground) and on bus 18 route.
