Double Room In Friendly House

A room has become available in our lovely house as our housemate is moving to New Zealand. We're ideally looking for a female for the room to keep the balance in the house, but we're equally open to all who are interested

You'll see that the room itself is a great size and receives plenty of natural light throughout the day. The bed and large wardrobes come with the room. There's also storage in the walls. She is selling the Ikea unit and TV if you're interested in them.

Aside from the room, there's a spare room for guests, one bathroom (with an amazing shower), a downstairs toilet, lounge, kitchen with plenty of storage, and a large back garden with a shed.

The house itself is based on a quiet residential street and is less than a 10 minute walk from Brentford train station - ideal for getting to Clapham and Waterloo with several services an hour (including fast trains). South Ealing and Northfields tube stations are also just a 10/12 minute walk away (Picadilly line), or there's a bus stop at the end of the road which will get you to Northfields in a few minutes. There's a tube depot just by Northfields so if you commute into central you can usually time it so that you get a fresh tube, and therefore a seat!

The rent is £500 a month and bills tend to come to around £75 each month, which covers council tax, gas, electricity, and internet. Water bill is paid every few months and works out as roughly £10 a month.

As for your new housemates, these are Adam (27, advertising), Mark (27, marketing) and Lisa (27, Graphic Design). We're a social house, and love watching TV/films together or going out to the pub/for a meal, but equally have our own friendship groups and are respectful of each others' work schedules etc.
