Spacious flat with double room and own bathroom

Hey, I’m Chris, I have a double room available in 2 bed flat that I'm currently renting. It is available for a 6 month term from 1st April 2024. All bills included!

The flat is right next to Kew Bridge station, so really close to the Thames and the train will get you into Waterloo in 30 minutes or Gunnersbury station is a 10-15 min walk away for the District line and Overground. And if that's not enough, the bus will get you to Richmond, Ealing or Chiswick High Street all in 20-30 minutes.
It’s two bed, two bath (so you’d have the main bathroom to yourself), situated on the 7th floor. The room’s furnished with large mirrored built-in wardrobes (loads of storage), the kitchen’s a good size (with dishwasher and a brand new washing machine) and the living room’s quite large and very light! The pictures and video are from when I first moved in a while back so it's a bit more homely now and you're more than welcome to add your own stuff! There is also a bicycle lock-up available in the car park.
They are currently replacing the cladding on the building, so there's scaffolding up around the building but luckily you can still make out the stunning view out towards the city.
It’s a lovely area too. There's a Sainsburys Local over the road and a couple of cafes and some stunning riverside pubs a few minutes walk away which are great during the summer.

As for me, I’ve been living in London for the last 7 years, originally from Guernsey. I work in engineering, working from home 2-3 days a week. Aside from work, I like being active out and about, I play squash, enjoy the odd evening down the pub, and occasionally attempting some small DIY projects!

I’m looking for someone who appreciates a calm atmosphere at home most of the time, with the occasional dinners, drinks and movie nights, with friends obviously welcome too.
Being generally clean & tidy and respecting people’s stuff and space goes without saying.
