Penthouse double room with terrace + balcony

Myself and 1 friend are due to move into an awesome penthouse in Brentford with a large terrace but our 3rd tenant could not move to London.
The views overlook the river and there are some paths that lead to Richmond.
The spare room has a double bed, balcony and wardrobe. Downstairs is a shared living room and kitchen.
I work from home in the week but there is loads of space to do this around the house. We like to socialise in mixed groups. Myself and a few friends DJ as a hobby and like to have friends over on the weekend for that and dinners in the week.

1st floor has the terrace, living room dining table, kitchen, storage and bathroom.
2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and bathroom.
