We are pleased to offer a fully furnished lovely double bedroom. You will share a newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom with one other occupant. Two rooms are currently available.

All utilities with wifi and council tax are included in the rent, along with twice monthly professional cleaning of communal areas. Please note that the TV license is not included.

The residence is owner-occupied, so the only shared space is the entrance.
We are seeking proffessional, tidy, friendly, peaceful, and respectful tenants. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming.

We require who are comfortable with dog. She is friendly and harmless Labradoodle.
