Description

Our names are Charlie and Finn, we currently live by Kew Bridge and our flat flat mate is moving out over the next few months. We really love the flat and are looking for a flat mates to join Mid to end of June.

We really love the area, which is why I’m so keen to stay if possible! It’s a 3 min walk from the river and near Gunnersbry park, with loads of local green spaces by the river, and a 40 min walk down the river to Richmond Park.

In the local area:
- Onsite Gym is actually really good
- 2 mins walk to Kew Bridge railway station
- 11 mins walk to Gunnersbry (just in zone 3 on the district line, takes me 30 mins to get to my office in Blackfriars)
- 2 mins walk to Swimming pool
- If you like running there’s some lovely paths on the river, and a 5km route to Richmond or 10km route round Richmond park.
- 4 min walk to a small Sainsbury’s, 15 min walk to a huge Morrisons
- 5 min to a range of lovely pubs on the river front, also if you’re a Too Good to Go fan then there’s a sushi place and a Costa than always have goodies.
- If football is your thing, Brentford stadium is 1 min (never watched a full game in my life)

Price
- £890 for the single room
- Car parking space available if you want it (£90 a month)
- Bills have been around £110 a month per person, including council tax.

Single Room
- 1 shared bathroom between two rooms (I have an en-suite so will be out of your way).
- Kitchen shared between three people, very modern and spacious with a dining area and sofas with a TV.
- Balcony in the flat and the buildings have a roof terrace with great views.
- Access to onsite gym, and the flat has a washing machine and dishwasher.

Charlie
- I’m a strategy consultant (so make PowerPoints and add no value to society), I really enjoy running, reading and cooking. I’m quite a clean person but easy going if people are busy etc.
- Quite like having friends over and cooking for them a couple of times a month, but never have people over until really late, and my girlfriend usually stays 1-2 nights per week.

Finn
- I’m a digital designer, and also love to cook. Quite like going to pub with my mates and going to the gym a few times a week. Love hiking and go out of London on the weekends to explore.
- have friends round every couple of weeks but nothing major!

Timings
- ideally move in around mid-June but we can move this earlier to end of June if needed, and maybe more so please let me know if this is a sticking point
- We have a tenancy agreement until April 2026, with a rent increase capped at 5% so would be keen to keep the flat until then. However, there is a rolling 2 month break clause so I’d ask for 3 months heads up if at all possible so I can replace flat mates / scout options before needing to bin the flat.
