Yes, we have a cleaning rota plus everyone is expected to clean after herself / himself therefore the place is rather 'spotless'.
We are looking for a clean, tidy, easy going, non smoking person who naturally considers others, likes cats (we have one) and enjoys...cleaning;)))
The house itself has a large open plan kitchen with all the mod cons, beautiful paintings (changed since the photo was taken) and cosy lounge. There are 4 double rooms in total: 2 in the basement with toilet and bathroom to share, and 2 en-suite on the first floor. There is also a nice garden with shade if you have a bicycle..
The house is within 5 minutes walking distance to Brentford Train Station (SouthWestTrains) from where trains run every 15 minutes to Central London via: Brentford, Kew Bridge, Chiswick, Barnes Bridge, Barnes, Putney, Wandsworth Town, Clapham Junction, Queenstown Road (Battersea), Vauxhall & London Waterloo.
There are also buses next to us 267 & 237 which go through Kew Bridge to Chiswick up to Hammersmith / Shepherd's Bush Westfield (20 min. in good run); E8 & E2 to Boston Manor (Piccadilly Line), Hanwell, Ealing Broadway (Central & District Lines + trains); 195 to Greenford and… night bus N9!
If you need to shop there is a Morrissons and a high street shops in the corner.
All bills included but there will be an additional cost if you absolutely must work from home - £25/month. as per HMRC recommendation. This can be paid by an employer or you can claim back during tax return.
Ideally, we all go to work and prefer if you do as well.
