We are a very relaxed house with more room than people which would suit someone who wants their own space, quiet and privacy and the odd chat in the kitchen !

The bedroom is fully furnished to a high standard with a superior quality double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, side table, and a large comfy sofa (not shown in this picture) !!

The room also has a big 40” TV which is served by Virgin Media Ultimate Oomph package which also provides super fast broadband with a 300Mb line.

The kitchen and laundry room have all the usual mod cons including bread-maker, microwave, coffee machine, rice cooker ( ! ), etc, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc, etc

There is a large bathroom with a great shower and bath, a downstairs loo, basement for storage, and a spacious dining area. And, although the summer is nearing its end, the house also has a beautiful garden terrace with decking and an ornate seating area.

Finally, we have a professional cleaner who comes in to save anyone doing the tough work of hoovering or putting the bins out!

Transport links are excellent with Brentford main line station within 1 minute walk, Piccadilly tube stations within 12 minutes walk, and several buses stopping in front of the house and nearby that run every few minutes to Ealing Broadway, to pick up the Elizabeth Line.

Or if you drive, the house is located next to the A40, and the M4, M25 and M1 can be reached very quickly. There is on street CPZ parking available and a few free spots nearby.

And finally, Brentford high street is a few minutes’ walk and is undergoing a significant regeneration with access to a large Morrisons supermarket and local bars and restaurants.
