Lovely double room close to Northfield station

A good size double bedroom-for one person only-plenty of storage -in a clean and cosy shared house 15 min walk (5 min by bus) from Northfields Station and 8 min walk from University of West London. The house is located in a quiet residential area 10 min walk from Brentford Railway Station. We have excellent transport links -underground(Piccadilly line) -30min to Heathrow, 45min to Waterloo Central London, 45 min to Paddington. Busstop E2 is 2 min from the house and 24/7 bus 65 -7 min walk from our house, too. Hammersmith, Richmond and Chiswick are easily accessible 20-25 min by bus. You can park your car with a residential permit in the street in front of the house. We are easy going and sociable housemates and believe everybody has to feel happy and comfortable where he lives. At the moment we are 4 professionals in separate double bedrooms - 24 and 26 y young men, a 24 y o girl and a 46 plus mature lady. We share a living room and a kitchen, a bathroom plus toilet and a separate toilet. We don’t mind if you are a professional or a student as long as you are easy going, responsible and considerate. All bills are included in the rent as well as unlimited Wi-Fi and Talk-Talk. We have a big rear garden especially valuable when the weather is nice. No smoking is allowed inside the house. We love our quiet and relaxed home and appreciate healthy life style although a bottle of wine and a barbecue at the weekend are always welcome. The room comes furnished with a double bed, 2 built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a bookcase and an armchair and a flat screen TV. The rent is £650 monthly all bills included.
