Double room in 2 bed house next to Bushy Park

Hi there, after purchasing the house last year, I am looking for a friendly housemate to live with.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, 30 seconds walk from Bushy Park, a minute away from Hampton Hill high street, with local shops and restaurants.
It's a street with a great community and helpful neighbours. There is free on street parking and secure bike storage in the front garden.

The house has separate lounge, dinning room, kitchen and a brand new bathroom. The garden has a veg patch, a chiminea for summer nights and is west-facing for a great sunset. If you have green fingers, you are welcome to get stuck in.

The room is at the front of the house so gets great morning sun and comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, large draws and built in wardrobe. I am happy for you to personalise it with pictures etc.

You will be living with me, as a live in landlord. I am 31yo who loves to cook, paddle board, escape on adventures and always keeps busy. I used to work in architecture but now work in branding in London Bridge.
I work from home about half the week and the rest I go to the office.

The deposit is £750.
Rent is £750 per month that covers most bills including (200mbps+ super fast internet, Council tax, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video).

Then additional bills to be split including gas, electric and water. Which usually comes to ~£55 per month each.

I am looking for a housemate for a minimum of six months, with one month notice period.
