Double room available for a single professional ideally female as we are a female household.

Room is fully furnished with double bed.

There will be additional fee of £5 each month for broadband.

Shared access to kitchen and bathroom.

Loads of shops, close by - Tesco and bus stop outside of property.

There are two cats so we would prefer would wouldn't mind living with cats and has no pets themselves.
