The flat is close to Harrow, Ruislip, Pinner and Uxbridge. Bus stops, banks, bars and 4 supermarkets are located on the same street. Eastocote is a safe and friendly area with an excellent sense of community – a great place to live!
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, king size bed with superb mattress, book shelf, desk, chair etc and still has plenty of space for your own belongings. It is spacious, and in very good order with two large windows facing main street (double glazing to prevent the noise).
The flat is nice and tidy with 4 flatmates. There is shared bathroom and kitchen with all necessary appliances including fridge, washing machine, oven etc. The flat would suit a single young professional in his/hers 20's - 30's.
There are 3 male and 1 female flatmates living in this flat already, ages 22 to 35. All hard working and like their flat to stay peaceful - no parties please.

Parking: there is a small car park at the back of the flat free from 6 pm till 8.30 am so you can park there in evenings after work. Otherwise you'd have to search for parking in parallel streets at the back.
