Christmas let. A double room and a single bedroom on short term let (although longer let is negotiable). Safe area with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, parks etc. good amenities with excellent transport links - Metropolitan, Piccadilly, Central + buses and road links. Shared areas included open lounge kitchen, garden, decking, BBQ. TV with cable. Super fast Broadband. Also a cleaner cleans shared areas once a week. It is possible to smoke in the garden only. NO deposit would be required for the short term stay but I would require that the full term is paid in advance.
