THIS IS EXPECTED TO BE A SHORT TERM LET, APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS BUT YOU WILL BE GIVEN 28 DAYS' NOTICE.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We only accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR
• 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A reference

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month upfront
• £500 Damage Security Payment (Deposit).
