I'm moving out of our lovely little flat in Edgware to live with my partner. Looking for someone who is super clean & tidy, friendly and easy-going to move in.

The room is a furnished double bedroom, in a two bed flat. We live on the second floor and all our neighbours are super quiet. There's also a kitchen/living room, and a shared bathroom.

🏡 You’ll be joining my amazing flatmate Lorena, who's very chilled, clean and tidy, looking for someone similar, preferably between 23-35.

📍The flat is less than 2 mins walk from Edgeware tube station (northern line) and bus station. There's a Sainsbury's, shopping centre and gym within 5 mins walk. Other shops, parks etc are all within walking distance.

🗓️ The room is available from 20th of the month, flexible on which month, but asap is preferred. The contract is until February 2025 with the option to renew.

💻Work from home/hybrid or in the office is fine. The room can fit a proper desk if you fancy buying one 😊

The rent is £900 per month including bills (except internet which is super cheap £12 each). Deposit will be required through the letting agents. You will also need to do all standard references and credit checks etc through the agent.

Will need to double check if the rent is higher for couples
