I am a part time live in landlady who lives abroad some of the time. I live in the property with my daughter (26) who is in retail and 2 other housemates.
We are fun loving people who like to laugh and enjoy life but who also respect each others privacy. We are looking for an interesting, quiet and respectful person to share our beautiful home.
The house is a 3 storey detached property in a very desirable area of Edgware, comprising 5 large double bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms, communal kitchen, dining room, lounge and a large garden. It is located 2 minutes walk from Edgware tube station (Northern Line) and bus terminal. Residents parking is available and the house is located 5 minutes drive from M1 (Junc 4), A1 & A41 roads. We also have parking at the front of the house for 2 small cars.
