Room in newly built with free gym & own bathroom

Hi

I am looking for a lodger to share my home with. I have a double room available in a contemporary apartment in a newly built property in Edgware.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a desk and chair in the room.
You will have full access to the bathroom as I have an ensuite and your room will also have a tv if you do not own one.
I do not have a picture of the bedroom as I currently have a lodger in the room (moving out by the end of the month) however, viewings are welcome.


You will also have free access to a fully equipped gym in the building (currently closed due to pandemic), a large balcony and garden outside.
The apartment is a 15 minutes walk to Edgware and Stanmore station.
Alternatively, the bus stop is 2 minutes away where you can get bus 107 to Edgware station or Barnet or bus 142 which will take you to Brent Cross via Edgware station or Watford Junction.
The rent is £750 a month with bills inclusive including wi-fi (fibre optic).
