Rooms to rent in Edgware

I live with my son, wife and two very nice lodgers in this detached house, which is clean and in good decorative order. There is a large garden. The room has a single bed and a wardrobe. The house backs on to a lovely, large park. The kitchen and living rooms are there to be used.
This is a calm, friendly household.
So that the household feels right, I am looking for a female lodger (otherwise there will be too many males!)
