A small room to rent in a quiet house in a nice residential area of Edgware. The room is available now and the rent is £380 per calendar month for Monday to Friday only. There is use of a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There is also a large back garden and patio. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bath / shower. Wired and wireless broadband included. Off street parking is available with some restrictions.

Students and employed are welcome. I am looking for a non-smoker as all the tenants are also non-smokers.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, folding table and chair. Despite being small there is ample storage under the divan bed and a sturdy shelf. There is also a 32 inch (81 cm) flat screen TV connected to an external television aerial. It also has an hdmi and vga input so it could be connected to a computer. The rent is inclusive of all bills (electricity, gas, council tax, water and broadband). The deposit is £200.

The house is close to all amenities, shops, doctor's surgery, library, restaurants and takeaways etc and there are many bus routes in all directions very near. The Northern line is close and the Jubilee line is a 5 minute bus ride away. Edgware is on Junction 4 of the M1 with connection to the M25 and beyond. The room is available now.
