The house is situated close to Mill Hill Broadway overground station (First Capital Connect) and is also close to Edgware Underground Station (The Northern Line). It is also situated extremely close to the A1/A41 and the M25/M1.

In Edgware Town Centre you have a Tesco Express, The Broadwalk Shopping Centre where there is a large Sainsbury's. There is a large Co-op, pharmacy and petrol station which is a 5 minute walk away. In Mill Hill Broadway Town Centre you have a dry cleaners, shoe repairers, convenience stores, mobile phone shops, boots, opticians and a food Marks and Spencers which is also situated right opposite the First Capital Connect Overground station. There is also many restaurants and coffee shops.

Available to rent immediately but to confirm this lodger agreement between ourselves the £600 deposit and the rent which will be pro rata for the month needs to be paid in advance by BACS transfer prior to moving in. The Lodger Agreement Contract will have to be agreed, signed and dated too. Furthermore I will require you to provide 2 references, one from your employer and one from a past landlord/landlady or I would accept a character reference from a friend or someone that can vouch for you and has known you for more than 5 years but not a family member.
