A Very Fine Room in Edgware

The room is a nice-sized single room in a very clean nicely kept house. It's a single room for one person in Edgware, Middlesex (not Edgware Road). We are a maximum of 4 people living in the house at any one time (me, landlord, Jonathan + 3 lodgers). I also teach the Piano from home, here. Everything you would expect in a modern house: washing machine, microwave, regular oven, gas cooking, fridge-freezer, gas central heating, free wifi, 90-foot garden. There are two bathrooms. Upstairs bath with loo and downstairs shower with loo. I employ a gardener and a cleaner (who cleans the house but wouldn't normally do your room, but could if you wished this for a small charge).

The £110 per week quoted is "PW inc." I can also work out a monthly rate if you prefer.

Short-term contracts considered (but this would be at a higher rate, as I much prefer minimum 6-month lets).
