I'm looking to rent a room in my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat close to Stanmore/Edgware tubes.
High spec fixtures and fittings and very clean flat with garden/patio areas which are great in summer. Comes with 70mbps fibre broadband for example.
The flat is only a year and a bit old in a brand new development called Edgware Green. I had a flatmate through spareroom. com for a year and a bit and she left on 23 December 2015, so looking for a replacement asap. I had someone lined up to move in but they pulled out last minute today...
I work long hours in the city so am only usually around in the evenings/on weekends.
I'm looking for a tidy/clean easy going housemate who is reliable and safe and doesn't cause a lot of fuss.
Parking negotiable.
