I'm looking for a fun and friendly housemate to share this perfect two bedroom flat with! This two bedroom flat compromises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with and open plan kitchen/living room area, with access to our very own balcony. There is also a large shared garden area, that is enclosed to residents only. The flat is a new build flat on a quiet road in Edgware, with direct access into the city via train/bus. The flat is a ten minute walk or two minute bus ride to both Edgware and Stanmore station, with easy access to Borehamwood, Watford, Brent Cross and more!
My ideal flatmate would preferably be a female of a similar age, who is tidy and clean, and enjoys socialising, as well as their own company.
The flat will be available from the beginning of September (possibly sooner if wanted), and is available for viewings from now!
