you must be working and be prepared to keep the room tidy and clean, and be a decent person, friendly, easy to get on with and be responsible , to build trust, rent payable monthly one month in advance with 1 months deposit
i will require id , passport, driving license, you must be trustworthy, and not a heavy drinker,, please remember this is a single room, one person only
Nice quiet home Access to all of home Underground 2 mins walk and shops and parks This is a 6 months minimum stay room
