Hi,

I am a live in landlord looking to sublet a spare double room with ensuite. I’m a healthcare professional working normal hours social and friendly looking for someone with a similar mindset.
I enjoy socialising ( watching movies, drinking etc ) but also respect quiet time and other peoples space .

My ideal flat mate would be someone friendly, tidy, clean and considerate of others. Ideally looking for a vegan / vegetarian lodger .

The flat is newly built and located in Edgware Green. The surrounding area includes

· Edgwarebury park (2 min walk)
· Aspire gym (1.2mi)
· Edgware Broadwalk Shopping centre (approx. 20 minute walk), most major banks, LA Fitness Gym, various supermarkets and high street shops.
· Tesco Express (5min walk)
· McDonalds (5min walk)
· Stanmore Station (Jubilee Line – 15 min walk)
· Edgware Bus Station approx. 15 minute walk
· Edgware Station (Northern Line) approx. 15 minute walk
· Local Bus stops (107, 642) 2min walk

The spare room itself is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, & bedside table. I’m happy to buy additional furniture as required. The room also includes an ensuite with a shower/toilet. The rent also includes access to a bike shed. The flat also includes a shared kitchen with an oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. Bills include council tax, water, electricity and high-speed broadband.
