Available is a stunning double room in a recently refurbished two bedroom flat just a 5-minute walk from Bush Hill Park train station. From here, you can get into Liverpool Street in only 25 minutes. The brand new kitchen and lounge have been installed recently and all furniture and mattresses are brand new.

There is a shared kitchen space for you to use. All bills are included in the monthly price for your convenience. I am constantly improving the flat to make it a better place to live. A cleaner will visit the property every 2 weeks to clean the main areas, you could ask for them to clean your room also, it is charged at around £11 per hour.

I am a 30 year old professional working in the FMCG industry. I like to go to the gym, play and watch sport and travel. Other than that I'm relaxed and would like someone clean, respectful, professional and friendly.

The apartment has very fast 70MB internet, lovely central heating, it's a great place to relax, very quiet.
