The house is also a 15 minute walk from Enfield Chase Station (which has National Rail transport links to Highbury & Islington and Old Street.)

The room is available for single occupancy, with a double bed. There is wardrobes and a chest of drawer.
All bills and WiFi included within the rent.

The house has a shared bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs.
There is also a beautiful garden as well as a communal kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher, a communal living/dining room and a conservatory/utility room with washing machine.

All applicants will have to provide an up to date credit check and sign a tenancy agreement.
