I am looking for a friendly, easy going professional, to rent a double room in Enfield Chase, Enfield in North London.

Your only flatmate / landlord will me myself. I would like my tenant to be kind, respectable and considerate of my home.

The flat is a 5-7 minute walk to Enfield Chase overground station (Great Northern Railway) and a 5 minute bus journey to Oakwood underground station. Enfield Town shopping area and Enfield Town park are a short 8-10 minute walk away. Waitrose and Tesco express are also at the bottom of the road.

There is a kitchen with dishwasher and tumble dryer, plenty of fridge space and a large bright living room with a dining table and 2 sofas. The main bathroom is only used by you as my bedroom has an ensuite.

I would like the tenant to clean up after themselves, including the main bathroom.

Flat has south facing balcony looking out on to gardens, has fast broadband/ Netflix and is newly furnished.
