The train is very reliable—once every 15 min in peak time and once every 30 min in off-peak. The house is also 2-3 min away from the multiple bus stations that link to either Enfield Town (3-5 min on the bus) or Central London. It’s also 2 minutes away from A10. There are convenient shops around the corner. Morrison is 10 min walking distance as well as a big cinema and 2 gyms. Sainsbury and Tesco is approx 15 min walking distance. A large shopping mall in Enfield Town has a wide range of shops varying from 99p shop to department store.

A double room is available now and can be let on weekly basis till Aug 6th; another double room will be free on Aug 27th, All are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and bedside-table and facing garden. All other bills including council tax (Band D) is included but due to uncertainty of energy market, gas and electricity need to be shared. Our average energy share for summer months is around £25; and for winter coldest months is around £50.
