We have a room up for grabs in our lovely house -share on Clarence road in Ponder end . It is a 5 min walk from ponders end overground station and a short walk from the Lee valley water park , riverside pubs, Enfield town ,Edmonton Green short bus ride , shops and restaurants...

Southbury station 15 min

The house has:

- Kitchen/living space Newly decorated

- 4 bedrooms

- 1 Bathroom with bath & shower

- Wooden floors throughout


- Private garden and patio (gardening help/ideas very welcome as we are loosing our green-thumbed housemate)

The room is available from around September 30th
but the move in date and exact contract terms are flexible.

Our current flatmate the Andrew leaving us due to his new job outside London.
