It is a great home for the price, good size garden, large spacious open plan dining room/kitchen. viewing recommended.

Looking for a housemate who is honest, reliable, clean and sociable. This is a house share and not just a room in someone else's house.

I'm a bit of a quiet geek, I don't really drink. So it's not a party type atmosphere. Very chilled and easy going.

I have a cat and i am more than happy to accept new housemates who have pets (cats no problem, dogs depends on breed size and nature)
