Room a few moments away from the train station!

We have a wonderful room available at our flat located across the entire two upper floors of a converted fine Edwardian property. Our flatmate has just moved due to relocating to Manchester for work purposes!

Claire and me are both working professionals who like to keep the place nice and tidy, hang out for drinks indoors and out! We work hard and play hard!

We are looking for more of a flat mate opposed to a tenant in that we want someone to feel like its their home opposed to just a room in rented accomodation!

The flat is a two minutes walk to Enfield Town Train National Rail Station with services into Seven Sisters Underground (Victoria line) and London Liverpool Street.

There is unlimited broadband, gas ,electric, water and council tax all included. There also is a benefit of own private garden for the flat.

If the room is of interest please provide us with some info as to your current circumstances, why your moving and what attracted you to the room opposed to "is the room available when can I view?"!
