Double Room in a Shared Home

You have your private bedroom in a shared home..

You get access to the shared spaces: bathroom, kitchen, conservatory, dining, garden but not the living room which is reserved for family only. Guests are responsible for cleaning after themselves as soon as using shared spaces, especially bathroom and kitchen in respect of other guests (we do not charge for cleaning after guests).

The listing is for 1 guest and there’s an extra £15 per night for extra one guest (negotiable). There’s also a £50 charge for lost house keys as they are security keys and a minimum number have to be ordered.
