Master bedroom to rent at Bush Hill Park (Enfield)

Hello Guys 🙂,

Due to changes in her work situation, our housemate notified us that she is and keen to leave (flexible on dates), after a year, she will leave her bedroom free and available. For us it is a downfall because after sharing so many things, it is like if a member of the family is leaving... but captivated by her, a new path of challenges and adventures awaits her.

As a result of the novelty, we are two Argentinian couples 😊, quite easy going, clean, tidy, etc... everything that should be expected for a coexistence to be as healthy as possible; We also share common spaces like the time we are in them, making a home more than a hotel (or a life in the room) but also respecting the spaces/times of others 😇.

Our ideal is someone who is between 25 and 45, works professionally, and has some experience, both sharing and doing it in London too.

The price of the room is 210/week. ALL bills are included ✅.
We are in the Bush Hill Park area (Enfied, North London), 10' walking from the Overground (it takes 26' to Liverpool St), and many other things of general interest.
In the photos you will find a more or less graphic description of the facilities of the house, as well as when we meet and share some barbecue, or any other "internal gathering"... and so "introduce ourselves" 🙈...
(It is worth clarifying that the bathroom is shared only with the other couple, since my wife and I use another; plus downstairs there is a service toilet).
