Me and my partner are looking for some lovely people to rent our two bed terrace in Enfield, N London, while we’re away.

Downstairs there’s a bright and spacious living/dining room with a bay window, kitchen, utility room and downstairs loo. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, (the master has floor to ceiling built in storage) and a huge bathroom. It’s all newly renovated with underfloor heating in the bathroom/kitchen, filter water tap, and a gorgeous garden with pergola and BBQ. Lovely high ceilings, period features and very homely.

There are lots of links into and out of London so it’s perfect if you want to be close to the countryside and still enjoy the city. Amazing parks and woods nearby, while also being a two minute walk from local shops and on a safe, quiet road. The mainline train (Gordon Hill) is less than 10 mins walk away and it’s just 20 mins into Finsbury Park, plus plenty of bus connections to Enfield Town (overground) and Oakwood (Piccadilly Line). Enfield Town is a 20 min walk away and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The M25 is close by so getting anywhere north of London by car is really straightforward.
