Beautiful double room, great view

This is a beautiful room minutes from the town and transport. At present there are 3 people resident but one person is moving out. The room is a large double with access to an en suite bathroom shared by one other person. There is use of a kitchen with all amenities and use of a beautiful garden. There are 3 cats at the property so the occupant would have to be cat friendly. I am a live in land lady in a professional job. The type of lodger preferred is a professional, I am 60 years old. Enfield chase station is 5 minutes walk, Enfield town is 10 minutes walk. Easy access to central London and Enfield town shops. Fantastic location for anyone working in the city or working at home with a beautiful view to gaze at.
