Available from 21 FEBRUARY 2018 at £110 pw with all bills included and wi-if. My house is very clean and tidy and has been completely refurbished with a modern look. Brand new bathroom. Washing machine and dryer underneath stairs.

Kitchen with breakfast bar and American style fridge freezer leading into a 45ft garden.

New tenant requirements will include 4 wks rent and 4 wks deposit and a minimum stay for 1 yr.
