We have a nice and furnished single room available in a 5bedroom house with garden.
Free Parking space is available.
There are 4 people living together and a lovely cat. Languages are Hungarian, english, romanian.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there are 2 toilets. The garden is lovely at summertime.
(The room can be painted to a different colour :)
We keep the house clean and tidy and we are looking for someone who can do the same. :)

There are plenty of corner shops and supermarkets nearby as Tesco, Asda, Morrison.
Train & overground station is 10mins walk as Southbury and Ponders end station.

We are looking for a single person.
The room is £500 including bills.
Deposit is £250
