Empty room in need of occupant

Spare room in nearly refurbished house. I'm currently filling the room with junk which is such a waste because that's what the loft is for:) It's a double room with a large double glazed window (the bedroom is furnished). The property has a large bathroom with a separate shower and bath. There is a new kitchen with ample storage (there is storage throughout property which is handy). It has an open plan downstairs with the living room and dining room being joined.
The property is a 8min walk away from bush hill park train station or a 10min walk from Enfield town. Where you can't catch the train from Enfield chase. It also is situated with walking distance of several bus stops.
Now about me....hmmm we'll I'm an easy going guy who is always up for a laugh but I do enjoy a quiet night in.
