Are you still looking for a room? The houseshare I manage is situated in a well maintained Victorian house in the centre of Enfield town (opposite Enfield Town BR train station) which has excellent transport links with shops, restaurants and amenities just a stone's throw away!

The house is rented to a great group of multicultural professionals - male and female. It is a non smoking house, has a maintained garden, two kitchens, washing machines, bathroom, shower-room and toilets. The large single room is fully furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. There is also a sink pedestal in the room which is very handy.

The room will be available from the 1st December and the rent is £450pcm this includes council tax, gas, electric and water bills. If interested, I'll be happy to show you around.
