This is very large double fully furnished, with a double bed, a large 3 doors wardrobe and a desk. The room is clean and freshly painted.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, council tax, water and fast internet)

The house is clean and tidy 3 bedroom house. It has large dining area, very big kitchen, large garden and spacious bathroom. Double glazing everywhere in the house. The house is kept quiet in a friendly atmosphere and shared by two young male professionals.

The property is located 5 mins from Southbury Rail Station (30 mins to London Liverpool Street and 10 mins to Seven Sisters Tube Station) and is very close to bus stops.

We are looking for a similar age group, clean and responsible. The rent is £130 per week for a single person. I can consider a young couple for £140 per week. I do not accept DSS.
