I am a male professional British /French ( London-Biarritz) living in Bush Hill park ( Residential quiet area of Enfield). I am 35mns to Liverpool street and Moorgate- 32mns to Oxford street ( Where I work), 35 mns to Sloane Square-
National rail and Overground + numerous bus routes available-

I have one bedroom to let in a lovely, bright and newly decorated two bed flat 7 minutes walking distance from Bush Hill Park overground station and close to St Stephen's Church bus stop 2mns. It’s a quiet and residential area of Enfield with plenty of street parking and local shops nearby . The room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables. You will have access to the communal areas, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for a professional non-smoker, clean, quiet and tidy .
