Excellent Double room in friendly home

We currently have a double room soon to be available (sept 23 maybe sooner) in our lovely home situated in Lower Feltham right on the border of Ashford & Sunbury with great transport links to Heathrow and central London via Hatton Cross and Feltham station.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, tidy, trustworthy and will be respectful of our home. Non smoker preferred however we would request you smoke out in the garden if you do smoke.
A pet lover is a must as we have 2 cats & 1 dog.
All bills and WiFi included.
Parking is available on the street.
References preferred but not essential.
Any other questions feel free to ask.
3-6 month stay but if all parties are happy this can be extended.
