One double bedroom available for rent in a nice and clean house . Rent includes all bills nothing to pay extra on top of rent. One month rent and one month deposit require in advance. Ideal for single working proffesional or a couple looking for a double bedroom. We are vegetarian so cooking meat is not allowed, you can bring your take away and have it in your room but cooking meat wont be allowed in the kitchen. Work refence required.
