Beautiful Large Double Bedroom

Hello!

We are looking for a flat-mate.

The Room: over 20 sqft room, with dreams divan double bed (with 4 drawers), there's 2 built-in wardrobes and shelving. It has a beautiful bay window which makes the room bright in the mornings especially. Our last flatmate wanted Sky multi-room so there is a separate Sky box just for the room.

The Flat: 2 bed flat, with broadband, sky tv, washer-dryer, dishwasher - all the mod cons. It has a newly fitted kitchen, 1 bathroom and a lounge diner looking out onto a spacious private garden with it's own pond, games room and bbq. We have had recent refurbishment, so everything is modern and clean.

Travel Links: There is a 24/7 bus at the end of our road that goes to Heathrow or it's a 15 minute drive. There is free on-street parking, the street is a small quiet road with the M4 and the M3 within a 10 minute drive. Feltham train station is a 7 minute walk, frequent trains go into Waterloo, it takes about half an hour.

Us: I am a paramedic and my boyfriend is a golf-pro. We are generally clean and tidy but easy going and looking for a like-minded flatmate.

We are very sad our previous flatmate is leaving, we have had two flatmates in 5 years, both are available to speak with if you want a reference for us.

We are looking for the right person, and we would be open to Mon-Fri renters (at a reduced rent), non-smokers only.
