There is a separate entrance to the garden and there is off-street parking to the front for a car and there are no parking restrictions on the road outside.
Fridge and washing machine are provided
Council taxes, TV license and water bills are included .
Tenants will be taking care of Top up Gas and Electricity and Broadband.
The house is really well positioned as you have the main shopping grocery market (Tesco, Asda, and Lidl) only 5 minutes walking. Bus stop 2 minutes away and Pubs and Feltham train station are 10 minutes walking distance. Heathrow airport is 10 minutes away by car or 30 by bus. Also the motorway M3 and m25 is just around the corner.
I am looking for professional individuals, possibly no smokers (although smoking is permitted outside and in the garden but not in the house).
