Bathrooms

There is a bathroom on each floor. There is a ratio of one bathroom between 2 people. There are locks on the bathroom doors. One bathroom has a shower cubicle and the other has a bath.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is a really good size and has a dining table. There is plenty of cupboard space. There are two tall integrated fridge/freezers. (1 fridge per two rooms) and a large 7 hob, two ovens, one grill range cooker . There are also several large deep drawers and cupboards, fairly allocated to each room.

The Garden

There is a garden to the rear, with a table and chairs. It is a small patio garden, nice for a BBQ on a summer evening!

Parking

There is one parking space on the driveway and ample parking in the surrounding area

Location

The house is in a perfect location for commuting.
Northolt central line underground is 20 mins walk, and Sudbury Hill Piccadilly train station is 20 mins walk away, both stations having great connections into central London. There is also a nearby mainline station into Marylebone, There is a bus stop a stones throw away from the property which serves the 398 which goes from the property to several train stations. A whole host of buses (too many to mention) run along nearby main roads.

Food Shopping

There is an off license a few minutes walk away and Simply M&S (petrol station) is a 10 minute walk. There is also Oldfield Circus to shop at, which is quite comprehensive for groceries or take-aways. A bit further afield is South Harrow, with Asda, Sainsbury's, Nandos and Costa. Westway Cross (Greenford) is the nearest retail park. There is also online shopping, or various pizza delivery services!
