Dog-Friendly Double

I have a large spare room, partly furnished that overlooks the garden for let. The area is quiet and neighbours are friendly. Council band D.

Parking is unrestricted. The local park and rugby ground is minutes away, so it's perfect for a tenant with a cat-friendly dog. I have two cats - a tamed wild cat and a bengal.

The garden is large and currently has a patio, grass area and larger paved area further back that will be converted to another leisure space. Beyond that is a Man-Cave that when cleared can be an additional storage or workout space.

Looking for the right person who is bright, funny, easy going and tidy. Bills are included within reason, however might change if the heating is constantly on, you wash and tumble dry incessantly or use up London's daily water supply quota.

If you're the right person and this your first rental, I understand you won't have references so happy to chat to a friend who knows you well.

The room is currently being used by a friend in the process of moving, so I'll attach photos as soon as it's photo friendly. I'll attach some of the house for now.
