Lovely double room with separate bathroom

One bedroom with own bathroom is available to rent from the beginning of July..
The room is located in a quiet family house.

Monthly rent is £725, and we require roughly 5 weeks rent as deposit maximised at £800 up front. All bills and WIFI included.

The whole house has been completely refurbished, large kitchen enough for 4-5 people, however, the number of tenants is maximised at 4.
There are currently 3 people living in the property and we are looking for a fourth one to join them.
New double glazed windows, wooden floor, single bed, wardrobe, bedside.
The room will be painted when the current tenant leaves and the bathroom also will be painted and cleaned professionally to be able to welcome the new tenant.
We are looking for a professional non-smoker individual, no pets, no parties, please.
As landlords we do not live in the property, we just return from time to time but we have our own space to stay.
